How many RGB zones are there?

The Rival 5 has 10 RGB zones that you can customize through SteelSeries Engine / GG. With 16.8 million bright colors to choose from you’ll be able to customize the perfect light show whether it’s related to in-game events or to match your battle station.

How durable is the Rival 5?

Extremely durable! The mouse is specifically designed for long game play with the multiple side buttons, and 80M anti-dust switches for the main triggers. This helps assure that debris will not be able to degrade your switches over time.

What are the side buttons used for?

The side buttons are used to help you react faster in-game. They’re designed to be quickly pressed and allows you to reset your thumb to quickly maneuver your mouse at the same time. This layout helps balance the work load between your left and right hand so you can react faster, player better, and move quicker in any game you play.
